Coverage

10-Year warranty coverage applies to structural faults in materials or workmanship defects on frame including springs, connectors and legs, under normal use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.

2-Year warranty coverage applies to fabric removable covers, foam, and cushion fillings.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Discoloration or damage due to incorrect care or the use of inappropriate cleaning methods/products contrary to the fabric care instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by improper assembly
  • Damage from exposure to outdoor or humid environments
  • Fading or discoloration resulting from direct sun exposure

Warranty Validity

The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and requires proof of purchase to submit claim.

Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, please send an email to claims@feydom.com. Include the following information in your message:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • The product model and purchase date
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos that clearly illustrate the problem
  • Proof of purchase

Our customer service team will review your claim and respond as soon as possible.

Remedy

If your claim is approved, F ONLINE will, at its discretion, either:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished item
  • Issue a refund for the purchase price

Please note that the remedy provided will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the defect and the availability of replacement parts or products.

Fabric Color Shade Disclaimer

Please note that there may be slight variations in the color shade of fabric materials used in our products. If you decide to add additional elements or accessories in the same fabric at a later date, the fabric color may not be an exact match to your original purchase. These subtle differences in color shade can result from various factors, such as dye lots or manufacturing processes. As this variation is a natural occurrence and not a defect in the fabric or workmanship, it is not covered under our warranty. Please consider this possibility when making additional purchases or customizing your items with the same fabric material.
